when registering multiple NAMED participants for an event that uses performances, but total number of sold seats is close to total number of available seats, there was an error preventing from booking more than the "available" number of seats (because it wasn't looking at individual performance). This was corrected last year at the registrant level, but not at the participant level, so now it's corrected in the method used in both of those levels for calculating.
